Extra-Curricular Activities

Our music teacher Mrs Tina McCormack coordinates a choir program for children in Years 3 to 6. There is a weekly rehearsal held during school time and the children perform at school celebrations, local aged care facilities, shopping centres and competitions.

In conjunction with The Gap Health and Racquet Club children at St Peter Chanel are able to engage in before and after school lessons (the cost of which are in addition to school fees) and participate in outside school hours competitions.

A Chess Club has been established at St Peter Chanel and on Wednesday mornings children are invited to participate in chess lessons run by a private provider at an additional cost to parents. Children enter local chess championships and competitions.
